IndianapolisSymphony.org is the only official website for purchasing tickets to ISO concerts at Hilbert Circle Theatre.

If you have purchased your tickets from another website or third-party vendor selling tickets for performances at Hilbert Circle Theatre, please be aware that your ticket may be counterfeit and your seats are not guaranteed. Third-party ticket resellers charge inflated prices for their own gain. We are unable to issue refunds or seat exchanges for tickets sold through third-party websites or other vendors.

If you have questions, or you would like to let us know about your own experience with a third-party vendor, call the ISO Box Office at 317.639.4300, or email us at iso@indianapolissymphony.org.

Note to third-party ticket resellers: If the ISO has reason to believe that you are purchasing tickets for resale, your order will be canceled and your money will be refunded to you. Your concert ticket is a revocable license, subject to termination with the denial of admission at the Indiana Symphony Society’s discretion upon refund of the purchase price and subject to revocation with denial of admission or removal from the facility, without compensation, should the ticket holder violate the rules and regulations of the facility.

The Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra implements an 8-percent service fee on all online transactions. This fee covers the expense of credit card fees as well as processing and handling costs. Reinstating this fee allows the Symphony to be responsible stewards of our mission to connect the community with live symphonic music.

Accessible Seating:

If you would like assistance before or after a performance, please call the Box Office. See the ISO’s ADA Policy here.
