MYO Tuition / Fees Information
Tuition is $250 per year per student. Tuition is due by family orientation each season.
Financial aid and payment plans for tuition are available to those who qualify. Please contact MYO@IndianapolisSymphony.org to request an application.

Private Lessons
Contact your lesson teacher directly in the manner that you and your teacher agree upon with at least 24 hours’ notice. A lesson will not be rescheduled if the student is late, and the lesson will end at its usual time. Students are eligible to receive one make-up lesson per semester for a lesson cancelled 24 hours in advance by the student and his or her family.
Orchestra Rehearsals
Email MYO@IndianapolisSymphony.org to report an absence in advance. No more than 3 absences for the season (including illness, scheduling conflicts, sports, etc.) are permitted for rehearsal, and none are permitted for dress rehearsals or concerts.
Venue Information
MYO primarily uses three venues:
Hilbert Circle Theatre
When MYO performs at Hilbert Circle Theatre, we have special instructions for our special performers! Guests should arrive through the main entrance to Hilbert Circle Theatre on Monument Circle. MYO performers should use the musicians’ entrance on Washington Street, through the entrance to Symphony Centre (located at 32 E Washington Street). Many MYO families park at Circle Centre Mall, which has abundant supply, is nearby, and is affordable.
Broadway United Methodist Church
Sunday through Friday orchestra rehearsals, lessons, and recitals are held at BUMC. The address is 609 E. 29th Street. There is a large parking lot across the street, where we may park for free. The building is a large church located at the corner of 29th and Fall Creek Parkway.
Butler University – Lilly Hall
Saturday orchestra rehearsals and lessons are held at Lilly Hall at Butler University. The address is 4600 Sunset Avenue. There is free parking in front of Hinkle Fieldhouse.
